We deliver electricians with training and competence to large, major and mega projects in the Gothenburg region.
All our employers have ID06, lift and fall protection training, Personal Safety course and more. That also includes the High Voltage group.

Secondly
Our staff employed by us in Sweden and all taxes are paid here. We are members of the IN installation companies and follow the Collective Agreement.
We give our employees good salary conditions with premiums for quality and a good HSE culture. We simply motivate our electricians to be better!

And third
We are always available when needed in the number needed to start, run and complete large and small electrical projects for our customers. And as soon as we are finished, we adjust the number down to the customer's needs. In other words, we did not produce any empty hours.
STAFF FOR ELECTRICTIANS
Electrical installations are our forte. There we have up to 20 years of professional experience, both from the private and the public sector. Our electricians perform all installations between 12 and 1000 volts. The competence that our employees possess is confirmed by ECY, the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority and our own quality system.
STAFF FOR AUTOMATION
We carry out assembly, programming and commissioning of automatic systems.
Siemens and Codesys are our usual instruments for programming.
STAFF FOR IT -DATA SOLUTIONS
IT installations, CAT6, fiber optic, Access, Fire safety, Test with saturation protocol. Network planning, design, assembly, troubleshooting and commissioning.
Focus on us.
We place a great deal of focus on alternation between work and leisure in order to create a better everyday life for our fitters. Being at work for 3 weeks feels tough but 1-2 weeks off really helps the recovery. As a result in 2022 where the sickness absence which is
below 0.2%.
Lesser costs
With well-planned staffing numbers during the course of the project, work is done most efficiently and cost-effectively. 60 hours per electrician are our normal working hours. Then we can keep people in rotation and keep paying monthly salaries.
No overtime
Our installers travel beyond rush hours and avoid unnecessary traffic jams. The staff's normal working hours in the field are between 6:00-19:00 Monday - Friday. We also work on some projects on Saturdays.
Even pressure on the project
With our rotational work, we experience constant pressure on the projects we work on. We establish a staffing plan that is followed during the course of the project and adjusted if necessary for the optimal number of monitors per week.
